  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, and order volume.

 

 

 

 

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional help, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product:

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
    We will replace the item or offer a solution based on the situation.
